Yea, I haven't been playing Rift. Lost the momentum I had for the game, I was two steps behind the guild for raiding, and didn't have the time to keep up. Being on the West coast it was very difficult for me to be raid ready at 5 since I don't get off work until 4 at the earliest.

That, and I have been in the closed beta for an upcoming game that I can't say anything else about/describe more due to an NDA. That's pretty much been soaking up all my PC gaming time.

Hey man! No, not planning on it. Having a blast in Rift. No time for a second game with work.

What server? I am on faeblight but will pause for gw2. Actually barely have time for any mmo anymore.

Lol, I'm on Faeblight too. Got into Caviel's guild but then he stopped playing. Toons are Gehanna, Entropic, and Chano.

Yea, I like Rift, and I still think it is a good game, I just don't have the blocks of time for character progression requirements, or at least not at the same time everyone else does. I think that was my biggest challenge, I couldn't commit any sort of regular time.

Now that I can say it, I've been playing MechWarrior: Online almost exclusively, been playing since very early Closed Beta and loving it. Sarsin just got in recently as well. Can't say much more than that due to the NDA, although if you like MechWarrior/BattleTech, it is certainly something to check out

It's been a while... I'm currently messing around in GW2. It's the closest thing to DAoC I can find. My wife is finishing up nursing school so I'm runnin solo at the moment. Once she's done and found a job (looking at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN) she'll join me if she has the time.

Definitely missing what we had here. There hasn't been another gaming experience close to DAoC. Hell, I almost ventured back to DAoC last year...

Yea, I miss the old DAoC days also, it was my first major MMO. I've tried going back a few times, even with WAR, and I'm just so far behind the curve with a lousy balanced class it's just too deflating. I really did enjoy Rift and they really do a LOT of things right, I just can't hang with the traditional time sink MMO anymore between work and family.

You guys should check out MW:O too, it's an open beta now and is a F2P game.

We're currently playing f2p MMO's to pass the time. DC Universe Online, Champions Online and I'm about to download EQ2 again. We'll probably continue to hop games until something substantial comes out. Here's to hoping Elder Scrolls Online pans out!

DCUO feels like Crackdown in a superhero costume. Not time intensive at all.

We've already played EQ2, but never got into it. It's f2p now so no worries.

I talked to the wife about MWO but she didn't care for the mech combat.

RIFT and GW2 are collecting dust atm. As is Diablo III and Torchlight 2... I guess we're just too picky haha!
